Workflows
Inbox and calendar triage in one conversation
A morning routine can read unread Gmail, the day's Calendar events and the related Drive files in one conversation, returning a referenced summary, without any ability to send mail on your behalf.
Last updated 18 September 2026
The routine
- 1"Summarize my unread emails from this week and group them by who is waiting on me."
- 2"What is on my calendar tomorrow, in my timezone?"
- 3"Find the latest proposal in my Drive and summarize the decisions in it."
- 4"Create a calendar event for the follow-up", this one waits for your approval.
Boundaries you should know
- Gmail is read-only: no sending, no deleting.
- Calendar event creation does not send guest invitations.
- Not every Drive file type can be read.
- Timezones follow the connected account, so "tomorrow" means your tomorrow.
Frequently asked questions
Can it reply to an email?
Not in the current release. It can draft text in the conversation for you to paste and send yourself.
Does it store my messages?
Messages are read to answer your request; conversation text linked to your account can persist so you can return to it.
