Connectors
Connect Gmail, Drive and Calendar safely
Google sign-in only identifies your resolvenengine account; each Google service you want the assistant to use (Gmail, Drive or Calendar) is a separate authorization you review, limit and can revoke independently.

Two steps, on purpose
Account sign-in and data access are deliberately split. Signing in never grants mailbox access, and revoking Gmail access never signs you out. This keeps the smallest possible permission active at any time.
What each connector asks for
| Connector | Access | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Gmail | Search and read | Sending and deleting are not offered |
| Drive | File search, supported Docs read, optional folder creation | Not every file type can be read |
| Calendar | Read calendars and events, optional event creation | Guest invitations are not sent |
| Analytics 4 | analytics.readonly | Standard reports settle in ~24–48 hours |
| Search Console | webmasters.readonly | Data commonly lags 2–3 days |
Revoking and reconnecting
- 1Remove access in your Google account's third-party access settings, or disconnect the service in the extension.
- 2Access can also expire on its own; the assistant then says the service is disconnected rather than guessing.
- 3Reconnect and review the permission screen again, never paste a token into the chat.
Frequently asked questions
Can it send email for me?
No. Gmail is read-only in the current release: search, read and summarize.
Why does a report only cover complete days?
Analytics settles for roughly 24–48 hours and Search Console commonly lags 2–3 days, so complete days are the only honest window.
