Your choice before optional measurement
Google Analytics is disabled by default. On your first visit, we ask whether you agree to optional analytics. Selecting Accept analytics enables measurement. Selecting Reject optional or closing the notice keeps it disabled. Refusing analytics does not limit access to the website.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under resolvenengine-cookie-consent-v1. This necessary preference contains only accepted or rejected; it is not used to track you and remains until you clear site data or we replace the consent version. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the website footer. Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this website where technically possible.

Security cookies help distinguish automated abusive traffic from ordinary visitors. Strictly necessary cookies and preference storage do not require consent, but optional analytics does.
Google Analytics
If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand how visitors find and use the website and to improve its content and performance. Measurement may include visited pages, approximate location derived from network information, browser and device details, timestamps, referral information and online identifiers. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising on this website.
The legal basis for setting analytics cookies and accessing analytics storage is your consent. Where the resulting usage data is personal data, the processing is also based on your consent. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area subject to its applicable transfer safeguards. For more information, see Google's privacy policy and Google Analytics cookie information.
Account, extension and payment storage
The extension uses Chrome storage and IndexedDB for settings, app session information, local conversations, API configuration and local attachments/context. These are not all website cookies and may remain until you clear the extension's data or uninstall it. Removal of local data does not itself delete cloud copies.
Account authentication and checkout may use additional necessary storage. Polar's checkout is subject to its own privacy and storage information. Payment links open Polar's hosted checkout, which uses storage under its own notice. The website has no advertising storage or tracking-enabled embedded third-party media. The separate optional Google Analytics connector inside the ResolvEngine product reads a user's authorised GA4 account data for requested tasks; it is distinct from the consent-based website measurement described above.
Choices
Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to accept or reject analytics. Optional measurement starts disabled, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. You can also use browser settings to block or clear cookies, though some security, login or checkout features may stop working.
Clearing cookies or local storage is not a request to erase cloud account data. Email hello@dropsite.hu for an access or deletion request.
If non-essential analytics, advertising or embedded media is added later, this policy and the consent controls will be updated before that processing begins.
Get plugin click measurement
Clicking a "Get plugin" button passes through our own server before opening the Chrome Web Store. This sets no cookie; we store only a keyed hash of your IP address, approximate country and source page to send a one-time interest notification. See the Privacy Policy for details.
