Cancellation, Refunds and Withdrawal

The launch proposal is USD 19/month, billed monthly through Polar, with no free trial. Your subscription is tied to your resolvenengine account. Your own AI API charges are separate and are governed by that provider's terms.

Cancel future renewal

Use the billing-management link provided with your purchase or the account billing page when available. If you cannot access it, contact hello@dropsite.hu and the Polar purchase-support route. Provide your account email and order reference if available; never send your password or card details. Cancellation of renewal normally takes effect for the next billing period and does not by itself request immediate deletion of your account or data. Keep the cancellation confirmation.

Consumer withdrawal is a separate right

Where EU/EEA or other applicable law gives you a withdrawal right, you may exercise it within the statutory period, generally 14 days from conclusion of an eligible distance service contract, without giving a reason. Applicable exceptions and the consequences of an express request to start performance depend on the legal classification and statutory conditions.

We do not treat the absence of a free trial, installation, Google sign-in, connecting Gmail or clicking a normal login button as a waiver of statutory withdrawal. For an ongoing digital service, starting use is not automatically the same as full performance. Rules for digital content supplied without a tangible medium differ and require specific conditions before the right can be lost.

You may send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to hello@dropsite.hu or the withdrawal/support channel identified by Polar for your purchase. We will coordinate with the merchant handling the sale. You may use the form below but are not required to use it. We will not make exercise of a legal right depend on explaining why you are leaving.

Refunds due following a valid withdrawal will be handled within the applicable statutory deadline, generally within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise lawfully agreed without additional cost to you. Any lawful proportionate charge for performance requested during the withdrawal period requires the relevant prior information, express request and other statutory conditions; it is not an automatic usage penalty.

This policy does not limit remedies for non-conforming services, unauthorised payments or other mandatory rights. Refund requests outside statutory entitlements are assessed under the applicable purchase terms; this draft does not invent an additional unconditional money-back guarantee.

Online withdrawal function

Launch requirement: eligible online consumer contracts must have the withdrawal function required by applicable implementation of Directive (EU) 2023/2673, applicable from 19 June 2026. Coordinate this with Polar as seller. Provide an easily accessible function during the withdrawal period, allow the consumer to submit the necessary contract-identifying information and confirm withdrawal, and send acknowledgment on a durable medium. A generic “cancel renewal” button is not an adequate substitute if it does not exercise withdrawal.
