Cancellation, Refunds and Withdrawal

Pro is USD 19/month, billed monthly through Polar, with no free trial. Your subscription is tied to your resolvenengine account. Your own AI API charges are separate and are governed by that provider's terms.

Cancel future renewal

Use the billing-management link provided with your purchase or the account billing page when available. If you cannot access it, contact hello@dropsite.hu and the Polar purchase-support route. Provide your account email and order reference if available; never send your password or card details. Cancellation of renewal normally takes effect for the next billing period and does not by itself request immediate deletion of your account or data. Keep the cancellation confirmation.

In the current release you open the billing portal from the Chrome extension, under Settings → Subscription; the server creates that portal session for your own account only. There is no website sign-in and no website billing page. Cancelling renewal in the portal leaves access until the end of the paid period; a refund, chargeback or failed renewal ends paid access when the seller reports it.

Consumer withdrawal is a separate right

Where EU/EEA or other applicable law gives you a withdrawal right, you may exercise it within the statutory period, generally 14 days from conclusion of an eligible distance service contract, without giving a reason. Applicable exceptions and the consequences of an express request to start performance depend on the legal classification and statutory conditions.

We do not treat the absence of a free trial, installation, Google sign-in, connecting Gmail or clicking a normal login button as a waiver of statutory withdrawal. For an ongoing digital service, starting use is not automatically the same as full performance. Rules for digital content supplied without a tangible medium differ and require specific conditions before the right can be lost.

You may send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to hello@dropsite.hu or the withdrawal/support channel identified by Polar for your purchase. We will coordinate with the merchant handling the sale. You may use the form below but are not required to use it. We will not make exercise of a legal right depend on explaining why you are leaving.

Refunds due following a valid withdrawal will be handled within the applicable statutory deadline, generally within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise lawfully agreed without additional cost to you. Any lawful proportionate charge for performance requested during the withdrawal period requires the relevant prior information, express request and other statutory conditions; it is not an automatic usage penalty.

This policy does not limit remedies for non-conforming services, unauthorised payments or other mandatory rights. Refund requests outside statutory entitlements are assessed under the applicable purchase terms; we do not offer an additional unconditional money-back guarantee.

Online withdrawal function

Eligible online consumer contracts must offer the withdrawal function required by the applicable implementation of Directive (EU) 2023/2673. Checkout is operated by Polar as seller; where that function is not yet presented in checkout, you can exercise withdrawal by email as described below, we acknowledge it in writing, and we coordinate the refund with the seller. Cancelling future renewal is not the same as exercising withdrawal.

Until the seller's dedicated online withdrawal function is available in checkout, we accept a withdrawal statement by email at hello@dropsite.hu, acknowledge it in writing, and coordinate the refund with Polar as seller. Cancelling renewal in the extension is a separate action and is not treated as your withdrawal statement.
