Notion integration
Find the page you need, read its content, and add new pages, paragraphs or comments to the workspace areas you shared with the connection.
The Notion connector works only with pages and databases shared during authorization. It can search that shared area, inspect page properties, read page blocks as bounded content and list entries from a shared database. This makes it suitable for finding a roadmap, reviewing project notes or reading database items without navigating the Notion interface.
Write operations can create a page below a verified parent, append plain text to a known page and add a comment. Plain-text creation deliberately supports a narrower subset than Notion's complete block and property model. The connector does not delete pages, change database schemas, update arbitrary properties or claim access to workspace content that was not shared.
Use synthetic or your authorised account data, then review the returned result in the conversation.
“Find the product roadmap page shared with this connection and summarise it.”
“List entries in the shared launch database and preserve their returned properties.”
“Create a page called Meeting notes under the confirmed parent after approval.”
“Append these reviewed paragraphs to the selected page without changing its existing content.”
Notion documents an average per-connection request rate with burst allowance, while workspace-level capacity can vary with plan. Rate-limited responses include Retry-After guidance. The connector should paginate large pages and databases, respect that delay and never replay an uncertain page creation automatically.
